The Hodson Bay Hotel group sponsored Senior Championship

St. Brigid's 1-13, Western Gaels 2-7.

Our Hodson Bay Hotel sponsored senior team recorded their third victory in as many games against Western Gaels in Frenchpark on Sunday last. An Ian Kilbride goal and frees from Frankie Dolan helped us to lead 1-8 to 0-4 at half time.  Brigid's took their foot off the pedal slightly in the second half and an early second half goal from Western Gaels brought them back into the game.  However our lads continued to battle on and after six minutes of injury time came out three point winners.

The senior team play Clan na nGael on Saturday next at 5pm in Woodmount.

Team: C. Sheehy, R. Kelly, D. Donnelly, C. McNiece, R. Stack, N. Grehan 0-1, D. Sheehy, I. Kilbride 1-2, K. Mannion 0-1, N. McInerney, P. Kelly 0-1, B. Stack 0-1, F. Dolan 0-5, G. Dolan,  G. Cunniffe 0-2.
Subs: C. Gleeson, J. Cunningham, P. Fuery.
