ST BRIGIDS MINOR COMMITTEE NOTES WEEK ENDING MAY 10th 2015

U-12s: St Brigid’s U-12s won one and lost one when they faced St Dominic’s in the league on Sunday morning last in Kiltoom. The Division 1 team recorded a comprehensive win while the Division 5 team, despite dominating possession in the second half, lost out by three points in the end. It was encouraging that both our teams played some great combination football – let’s keep it up. Players who featured on Sunday: Bryan Armstrong, Oran Benton, Oisín Canny, Hughie Cunniffe, Shane Daly, Kevin Derwin, David Dolan, Adam Donovan, Ronan Doyle, James Goose, Liam Hennelly, Daniel Keenan, Daniel Meeley, Brian Nestor, Bobby Nugent, Thomas O'Brien, Martin O’Grady, Matthew Samuels, Daniel Skene, Micheál Sugrue, Luke Whelan, Ciaran Cronin. Our Division 1, 4 and 5 teams now have a few weeks break before the next round of leagues games, so some good training sessions are being planned during this period. Players will be notified of the next training session but first we will be playing Monivea away in the Easyfix tournament on Thursday evening next, May 14th 2015. Players will be notified of details during the week.
